What is the cost of your services? 

Pricing depends on the level of service selected. After the initial free phone consultation, a personalized plan will be recommended. 

 

Can Encompass Care Solutions offer medical advice?

No, Encompass Care Solutions acts as your Healthcare Navigator and Patient Advocate. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. No medical advice is given. We help you to understand and organize your healthcare needs but do not act as your provider or prescriber of medications. 

 

I do not live in Central Ohio. Can we still work together?

Absolutely! Most services can be provided remotely. We often collaborate with adult children or caregivers outside of the area.

 

Are private patient advocacy services covered by health insurance?

No, private patient advocacy services are not covered by insurance at this time. Services are billed per package, or at an hourly rate. 

 

Is my private health information protected?

Yes, all personal health information is kept confidential and only shared with those you approve.
